Update 0.3.0

Version 0.3.0 is now available!

1. It is no longer possible to vote for a dead player.
2. Added a display of all players' roles after the game ends.
3. Fixed an issue where some players might not see in-game changes.
4. Fixed an issue that prevented players without Discord running from starting or joining the game.
5. Fixed an issue where a player's character remained alive after they exited the game.
