Update 0.4.0

Update 0.4.0 is available!

1. You can't  longer join a lobby where the game has already started.
2. Discord activity status updated.
3. A host leaving the game is now considered a distinct game status.
4. Fixed a bug where players encountered unhandled exceptions after the host left the game.
